For some market processes, market participants are required always to have up-to-date contact details, such as for delivery reliability processes.
The registry of contact persons can be viewed by anyone with a Partners in Energy account and the appropriate authorisation. It is intended for locating the proper person quickly in crucial instances. Precisely because of this, we make it easy for market participants to keep contact information up-to-date.
The registry of contact persons is not intended for interactions to answer market participants' customer questions. That's what the Market process interactions (Tickets) service is for.
