Collaboration in the energy sector

Partners in Energy is the collaborative platform for market participants in the energy sector. Partners in Energy was founded by the regional grid operators. As an energy supplier, programme leader, metering operator, independent service provider (ODA), Congestion Service Provider (CSP) or Balance Service Provider (BSP), you get answers to all your questions about market facilitation processes via a ticket system.

Streamlining processes

We also work continuously on minimising and simplifying questions related to all market facilitation processes. E.g., by sharing information about connections and malfunctions. Or by means of our knowledge base with answers to frequently asked questions and explanations of these processes. You can also use the chat function to ask your regional grid operator questions.

As more parties participate, the more streamlined all processes become, and the better this works for your company and for the sector as a whole. This way, we encourage the energy transition together and ensure effective market facilitation.

Collaborations both within and outside the energy sector

Our collaboration reaches beyond the energy sector. Commercial parties outside the sector that wish to make a contribution to the energy transition are also welcome at Partners in Energy. Consider companies with contracted capacities of 100 kW or more, for example, or regional or national governmental bodies or advisory organisations. In partnership with them, we can solve social issues, provide data services and resolve congestion problems.
